This dress is made from 100% cotton from the Kuroki Mills in Japan. The cotton is a Neppy Shirting and has a “Cookies ‘N Cream” look. The mini dress has oversized gathered sleeves that set into bodice. Dress has a crew neckline that makes it easy to wear front or back (reversible). There is a cut out detail that can be featured in back or when worn in front gives a two piece effect to the dress. Half of the waist is a gathered elastic waistband with 4 belt loops and a belt/tie that becomes wide at the end. Dress has side pockets. Approx length from natural waist is 18”
